vintage finds

May 16, 2012/ Rae Kaiser

This little aqua hat stand came from Ruby's Dress Shop in Rice Lake, WI. My friend Janette gave me this when her Aunt Val closed her shop last Summer. I did the Going Out of Business Ads for them.

And I scored this odd little plastic find at St. Vinnie's when my friend Justine was in town. (No trip is complete for Justine without a stop at St. Vinnie's.) It folds flat and then opens up to hold something. While it looks kind of like a magazine rack it would be rather small and lightweight for that. But perfect for a knitting project.
