caesar salad... another good one...

If you liked the Asian Salad you will more than likely enjoy the Caesar Salad kit. This was also recommended by my friend Laurie and I think we both get them at HyVee. This salad suggests you add salmon but we prefer chicken. I either use rotisserie chicken or make 2 chicken breasts on my George Forman grill. I add a bit more cheese and croutons too. This salad uses romaine lettuce which I like SO much more than iceberg. Quick. Easy. Good.
