we had a really great smoothie at a place on State St. They used real fruit. My darling DIL says that she has a smoothie every morning and shared her recipe with me.
blueberries strawberries (I used raspberries) Greek yogurt (I used my low fat, organic, vanilla flavored) milk water protein powder (mine was strawberry flavored)
She has a small one serving blender that then serves as the glass. I used my immersion blender which worked just fine.
It was every bit as good as the $5 one we had at the smoothie place. Nice breakfast or midday pick me up.
