I like asparagus, steamed asparagus is good. But roasted asparagus is really good. I recently read that when you bring asparagus home from the market to stand it up in a bowl of water in the refrigerator. I noticed that this is keeping our asparagus much fresher.
This is our side dish with pretty much every meal right now. And REALLY simple.
Wash and put your asparagus in a baking dish. Drizzle a very small amount of olive oil over the asparagus (1 T). Bake at 475 for 8 minutes.
