I am always trying to eat better and have gone from never eating breakfast to granola with yogurt for breakfast. I don't like milk so I mix about 1/4 to 1/2 c of Wallaby, organic, lowfat yogurt with the granola. I get this at the Willie St. Coop butÂ you can find it at other places here in Madison.
This is my first try making granola and I was quite pleased with my results. It makes 6 cups, mixing takes about 5 minutes and you toast it in the oven for about 35 minutes, more or less according to how crisp you want it. This is a Real Simple recipe that you can find here. Enjoy!
